These terms govern your use of dasfinance.co.uk (the “website”), operated by DAS Finance Ltd. By using the website you agree to them. They cover the website only; if we act for you, the terms of our engagement will be set out separately.
1. Who we are
DAS Finance Ltd is an authorised credit broker and not a lender. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA number 912717) and registered in England and Wales (company number 12127321), with our registered office at 10 Alexandra Street, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 1BU. We source finance from the whole market and will receive commission that varies by lender, product or other permissible factors; the nature of any commission model will be confirmed to you before you proceed.
2. Information, not advice
The content of this website — including guides, rates, calculators and the live product sourcing tool — is provided for general information only. It does not constitute financial, mortgage, tax or legal advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation of any product. Advice is only given once we have discussed your circumstances with you and confirmed our recommendation.
3. Calculators and live rates
Figures produced by our calculators and sourcing tool are estimates based on the inputs you provide and on lender data that changes frequently. All rates and products are indicative, subject to lender criteria, valuation, underwriting and formal offer, and may be withdrawn or changed without notice. The stamp duty calculator provides general guidance on SDLT in England and Northern Ireland and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified tax adviser or conveyancer.
Please note: your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Some buy-to-let, commercial and investment lending is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home or property.
4. Using the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its data, scrape or republish its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The content, branding and design of the website belong to DAS Finance Ltd and may not be reproduced without our permission.

The website links to third-party sites and services, including Trustpilot, Calendly and lender websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or FCA rules. Subject to that, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website, or from interruptions to its availability.
7. General
We may update the website and these terms at any time. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
