Proof of address Utility bill, council tax or personal bank statement — dated within the last 3 months.
Last 3 months' personal bank statements
Proof of income Employed: last 3 months' payslips. Self-employed: last 2 years' tax overview & tax calculation.
Proof of deposit / funds Savings statement or source-of-funds evidence for the deposit.
Latest mortgage statement Most recent annual or monthly statement for the current mortgage.
Assets & liabilities statement If you have one prepared — helps speed up lender assessment.
Additional documents Anything else — credit report, recent valuation, anything your broker's asked for. Add as many as you need.
